Sanford E. (Sandy) Rosenberg
64 years, of Carmel passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014. He was born in Garrett, IN December 8, 1949 to Abner and Caroline Engelhard Rosenberg. Sandy was a 1973 graduate of Indiana University and Majored in Music. He also studied Computer programming for two years following college. He worked 33 years for Majesco Mastek as a computer programmer.
An accomplished musician, he played in a Klezmer Band, was a classical pianist and also sung regularly with a Barber Shop Quartet. Sandy was a member of Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation.
Sandy is survived by a loving sister Susan R. (Ned) Ternet of Farmington, Missouri. Also survived by one niece, Christi ( Brian) Hallone nephew, Dustin Hoffman, 6 great nieces and nephews. Also 3 cousins: Lisa E. (Jim) Murphy, Rayna E. Dorsey and Bruce L. Engelhard.
Funeral Services 10:30 AM Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary. Burial will follow in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
