90 of Indianapolis, passed away December 1, 2014. He was born in Odessa, Ukraine on August 18, 1924 to Gregory and Esther Kotlyar. He was a former member of the Jewish Community Center.
Sergey is survived by his wife, Anyuta; children, Ellen Zagarzhevskiy and Alex Kotlyar; and granchildren, Nick and Andrey Zagarzhevskiy, Yana (Robert) Bray, and Gregoriy and Vera Kotlyar.
Funeral services will be held at the Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road, on Wednesday, December 3rd at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Congregation Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Community Center or Congregation Beth-El Zedeck.
