Sidney Wolfe Goldstein
October 30, 1936 — May 4, 2012
75 years of age, long time resident of Indianapolis, passed away on May 4, 2012.
Sid had co-owned a variety of businesses in Indianapolis, South Bend, Cincinnati and Dayton from 1968-1987, including Main Street, Easy Living and Options 3.
Later he worked for L. Fish Furniture from 1987-1997 and was with HH Gregg since 1997.
He was a devoted member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, where he served as head usher for High Holiday Services for over 20 years.
Sid leaves behind a loving family, including his wife; Cassandra Reinhart Goldstein; children, Joscelyn (Colin) Moore, Elise (Scott) Carpenter, Tiffany Woods, Seth (Dalhia) Goldstein, Jacob (Jacqueline) Goldstein; his brother, Alvin (Jacqueline) Goldstein and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Monday, May 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, 600 West 70th Street. Burial will follow in Beth- El North Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the synagogue or to a favorite charity.
Arrangements entrusted to Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary.
