72, Carmel, IN, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012. A graduate of Indiana State University, Stan owned and operated Sheppard Insurance Inc. in Brownsburg, IN.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Coffman Sheppard; daughter, Melinda Sheppard Steel; son-in-law, John Steel; granddaughter, Chelsea Paige Steel of Zionsville, IN; and sister, Marilyn Kay DeFord of Spencer, IN.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, February 10, 2012 from 5:00 to 10:00 PM, for friends and family, at the Village of West Clay Meeting House, 2000 North New Market Street, Carmel, IN. A family memorial service will be held February 18, 2012 at the Spencer Christian Church in Spencer, IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the St Vincent Hospice.
Arrangements entrusted to A.R.N. Cremation Services.
