40, of Carmel, IN, passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. He was born in Birmingham, AL on April 6, 1976.

Talbott was a graduate of Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School and was the founder and CEO of Polleo Systems. A 22-year veteran in the IT services industry, he founded his first technology company when he was 18 years old.

Talbott attended Zionsville Presbyterian Church and formerly served as chair of the advisory board for Best Buddies of Indiana. He had a passion for ice hockey and played throughout his life, forming close bonds with his teammates. Talbott brought strength to his friends and family through his devotion to them. His desire to protect and provide for his family truly demonstrated the kind of man he was.

Talbott is survived by his wife, Cheryl; children, Preston and Holly; parents, Mary Sumners and James (Judy Nickell) Sumners; sister, Leah Sumners York; brothers, John and Benjamin Sumners; and nephew, Nathan York.

A visitation will be held Friday, December 16th from 3 - 7 PM at A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 N. Michigan Rd. Funeral services will be held the following day, December 17th at 3 PM at Zionsville Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association.
