Terry (Hazen) Ward,
68, of Indianapolis passed away February 19, 2013. She was the daughter of Albert and Betty Gerbofsky Hazen who owned and operated Terry's Market and Terry's No. 2 Market, both on the south side.
Recently, she participated in the research group for the book "The Neighborhood of Saturdays", memories of a multi-ethnic community on Indianapolis' south side. She had recently retired from Bright House.
Terry is survived by her loving family; daughter, Nicole Ward; brothers, Allen and Marty Hazen; and three cousins.
A funeral service will be held at the Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Rd, on Thursday, February 21st at 2 PM. Calling will be from 1 PM until the time of service.
