Virginia E. Haas

On March 15th, 2013, Ginny left this life to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born December 2nd, 1933 and lived her adult life in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. She was a member of Northfield Community Church and served as Sunday School Teacher there for many years.

Ginny loved nature, especially birds. She took great joy in trips to Eagle Creek Park and family traditions. She was devoted to her family, friends and her pets.

She is survived by her husband Carl Haas of Whitestown, IN and sons David (Julie) Haas of Indianapolis, IN and Michael (Helen) Adams of Zionsville, IN, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grand children. She is also survived by her brother, John (Marge) Ryburn of Trafalgar, IN.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Jean Workman, son Danny Haas, granddaughter Susie Haas and niece Joellyn Workman.

She was much loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at the Zionsville Presbyterian Church 4775 West 116th Street, Zionsville, IN on April 6th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Indianapolis Humane Society, 7929 N Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268 or St Vincent Hospice 8450 North Payne Road, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46268.
